Notes: 

1.  Our ability to negotiate the best price for hotel rooms, meals, meeting and banquet rooms depends on our filling our block of rooms each year.  To receive a room in our reserved block of rooms you need to tell the reservationist that you are with the "USS Pocono Reunion".     Use the hotel reservation number at 1-800-437-2497

2.  To avoid last minute check in problems request that a reservation confirmation be mailed to you.  Have your reservation confirmation number with you at the time you check-in.  Plan your arrival at the hotel's normal Check in time of 3:00 PM.  Early arrivals can expect to wait for rooms to be cleaned before you will be allowed to checked in and that is usually 3:00 PM or after.

3.  You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the Pocono Reunion, Airports and Railway Stations.  The only transportation provided by the Pocono Association is the tour bus for those who sign up for the reunion tours.
