The 2001 reunion was a huge success.  Everyone enjoyed the activities, food, and renewing old friendships.  As expected we made many new friendships too.  The only glitch was one couples luggage was lost overnight by the airline but was found and delivered to them at the hotel the next day.  We had fun on our trips to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, the battleship USS Wisconsin, Nauticus, and the McArthur Museum.  The food was delicious at the banquet and the crew cut a rug at the dance.

As a side note we did not see any terrorists during the reunion.  We think the constant flights of Navy fighters from Oceania NAS flying over our hotel scared them off.  Our Naval Aviators put on a great show daily on their arriving and departing patrols.
